Alibata VAULT is created to aid in the daily operations of the entire Alibata Pacific Group and its subsidiaries.

How to login?

  1. Go to vault.alibatapacific.ph.
  2. Login using your email and email password. Ask Alibata Information Technology Team if you forgot your access.

What are the features?

It is composed of the following features:

  1. ANNOUNCEMENTS

    • What is it?  It showcases announcement like new hires, new projects, new awards and the like.
    • Who will upload? Only the Alibata Admin (Human Resources) can upload content.
    • Who can see? Anyone who has access to Alibata VAULT can see it.
  2. CALENDAR

    • What is it?  It showcases important dates like birthday, company anniversaries, holidays.
    • Who will upload? Only the Alibata Admin (Human Resources) can upload content.
    • Who can see? Anyone who has access to Alibata VAULT can see it.
    • What is the difference with ANNOUNCEMENTS?
      • Announcements are current day notices.
      • Calendar is list of important future dates.
  3. TASKS

    • What is it?  It is a feature that allows everyone upload simple tasks and add who is the participant for such task. It will also allow the task owner to indicate deadline as a guide on when the tasks should be done. Participants can upload updates even after the deadline as long as the status of the task is “ACTIVE”. Late updates will be highlighted by red. TASKS is very important for important tasks that need monitoring. TASKS is also important for immediate supervisors if they need to monitor the timeliness of their direct reports’ updates submissions.
    • Who will upload? Anyone who has access to Alibata VAULT can add tasks. Anyone can also be a participant regardless of employee level.
    • What needs to be uploaded?
      • Task Name – Required.
      • Participants – Required.
      • Task Description – Required.
      • Reference File – Not required; (MS Word | MS EXCEL | MS PPT | PDF | JPG | PNG | ZIP) (max of 10MB)
      • Deadline – Note Required.
    • Who can see? Only those who are “PARTICIPANTS” of the uploaded tasks can see those tasks.
  4. MINUTES

    • What is it?  It is a feature that allows everyone upload details of the minutes and the actual meeting minutes file.
    • What needs to be uploaded?
      • Meeting Name – Required.
      • Participants – Required.
      • Meeting Description – Required.
      • Meeting Date & Time – Required.
      • Reference File – Not required; (MS Word | PDF) (max of 10MB)
    • Who will upload? Anyone who has access to Alibata VAULT can add minutes. Anyone can also be a participant regardless of employee level.
    • Who can see? Only those who are “PARTICIPANTS” of the uploaded tasks can see those minute

       

  5. JOB ORDER

      • What is it?  It is a feature that allows everyone to ask for services of other teams (contracted services).
      • What needs to be uploaded?
        • Job Order Name – Required.
        • Participants – Required.
        • Job Order Details – Required.
        • Reference File – Not required; (MS Word | PDF | JPG | PNG) (max of 10MB)
        • Date Needed – Required.
      • Who will upload? Anyone who has access to Alibata VAULT can add job order, but only those who are tagged as Business Development type employee can be added as participant.
      • Who is the Business Development? It is the representative of each subsidiary who will receive the job order and prepare a Cost Estimate.
      • Who can see? Only those who are tagged as Business Development type employee can see this.
      • What is the difference with TASKS?
        • Tasks are are work-related solutions and activities usually within the subsidiary; or activities across subsidiaries that are not considered as contracted services.
        • Job Order are services that are billable.
  6. TECH SUPPORT

    • What is it?  It is a feature that allows everyone to ask for services of the Alibata Information Technology Team; These include email creation, email deactivation. computer acquisition, computer repair, and other requests.
    • What needs to be uploaded?
      • Request Name – Required.
      • Participants – Required; This is system-generated.
      • Job Order Details – Required.
      • Reference File – Not required; (MS Word | PDF | JPG | PNG) (max of 10MB)
      • Date Needed – Required.
    • Who will upload? Anyone who has access to Alibata VAULT can add tech support. but only Alibata Information Technology Team can see it.
    • Who can see? Only Alibata Information Technology Team can see it.
  7. BRAND LIBRARY

    • What is it?  It showcases all branded templates like letterheads, powerpoint presentations, calling cards, IDs and the like
    • Who will upload? Only the Alibata Admin (Creatives) can upload content.
    • Who can download? Anyone who has access to Alibata VAULT can download it.
  8. LINKS

    • What is it?  It showcases all important links like HR Systems (Alibata PEOPLE), Government related links (SSS, BIR etc) and the like.
    • Who will upload? Only the Alibata Admin (Operations Teams) can upload content.
    • Who can see? Anyone who has access to Alibata VAULT can see it.
